Busy preparing to re-open her gift shop next month, it was good news for Jo Williams, owner of Joco Interiors in Nuneaton, last week, who was delighted to learn that the store has been shortlisted in the High Street Hero category at The Small Awards 2020.
“The High Street Hero category celebrates a business that supports not only local jobs, but who champions its local town,” Jo told GiftsandHome.net. “I’m part of the Nuneaton BID steering group, take part in many local charities events and support local artists who are looking for a place to display their work, giving them a step into the world of retail without the financial outlay.”
The judges will be reviewing the shortlist in all categories over the coming weeks in preparation for The Small Awards event that has been planned for September 3 at St Mary’s Church in London’s Marylebone.
