New Online Ordering Experience From Rainbow Designs

To celebrate the launch of the company’s new enhanced website – www.rainbowdesigns.co.uk – Rainbow Designs is offering both new and existing customers a 5% discount on their first order placed online by July 31.

“The design and upgrade of the new website is an important part of our company strategy with the objective of embracing the best of modern digital technology applied to The Home of Classic Characters,” explains Rainbow Designs’ managing director Anthony Temple. “We’re delighted not only to be bringing the very best online experience to our customers, but to launch a site with exciting new benefits and opportunities for expansion and greater improvements to come.”

He highlights that the new website offers customers 24/7 order capability and a more immersive brand experience. “We have worked hard to ensure that every stage of the browsing, selection and ordering process is as seamless and as simple as possible. Although we went live only a week ago, I am pleased to say that the early customer feedback has been very positive.”

The customer experience has been enhanced with fresh, bright, colourful graphics and images, product details and lifestyle imagery, and features 360 degree product images, brand video clips and links to the company’s social media activity making it quick and simple to use while providing a more engaging and informative experience.
