Commenting on the new shop he revealed: “This has been a year in preparation re finding the right space. The new premises is 14 times the size of the original Josie’s and has been completely renovated. We offer a fantastic range of products with RRPs spanning 95p – £1,200, giving everyone the opportunity to take a piece of Josie’s Interiors home with them.”

James says that the unusual space gives a unique feel with room settings throughout giving an inspiring environment that people can look around for hours. “Customer reaction has been incredible! I have gone from a one man band to having an amazing team of seven, bringing employment to the area and offering something completely different to North Devon.”

To celebrate the opening, James held an evening launch which saw over 500 people partying well into the early hours!

Continues James: “The new shop has expanded the quirky and contemporary interiors that my first shop, Josie’s, has offered over the past three years but hasn’t been able to do justice due to lack of space. However, following a major refit, we will be relaunching it in a few weeks time solely as a gift shop.”
