Lovely Libby’s Greats Dad Gift

Following on from her success at The Greats Awards in May, gift retailer Libby Holden, owner of Lovely Libby’s in Rayleigh, was delighted when her proud dad added to the occasion by proclaiming her success to locals.

“He was so proud of what I had achieved that, unbeknown to me, he went off and got a huge pink banner made,” Libby told GiftsandHome.net. “It was completely unexpected, and features the words Lovely Libby’s: Winner Best Non-Specialist Retailer of Gifts 2022. It’s been a real showstopper, driving footfall and encouraging people to pop in to both the shop and our tearoom to hear more about our success.”

Continued Libby: “Winning this Greats award means so much to me, in fact, I’m still on cloud nine! I’ve dedicated the award to my amazing team – the incredible staff that help me to run my business. As well as the girls who work in the shop and my tearoom, it also includes the team behind the scenes who work on my website and social media. I simply couldn’t do what I do without them all.”

Libby, together with her shop manager Georgia Burnett, was among the gift retailers visiting PG Live last week. “When we arrived, we went straight to the Springboard section and saw some great new companies,” Libby confirmed.
