Registration is officially open for the Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival. Returning to the Harrogate Convention Centre and grounds of the DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel from 20-23 July 2025, this year marks the festival’s 65th year in supporting the retail industry, cementing the show as the North’s go to summer sourcing trade event, say organisers Clarion.
The landmark celebration is readying to be a spectacular display of the best in British design, retail community and summer festivities, to include:
- Over 500 exhibitors spanning seven halls and Design Points (DP) – more than 30% of which are brand new to the event.
- An increased show floor, boasting over 10% more exhibitors than 2024.
- Over 20,000 products on display across home, gift, and lifestyle.
- Some 6,000 quality buyers from across the UK and beyond, 33% of which visited for the first time in 2024.
One of the standouts of this year’s festival is the exclusive Trends feature, curated by Clarion Retail’s official trends partner, The Better Trends Co. (TBTC), with the installation showcasing three specially curated, immersive trends. Further cementing the relationship, TBTC co-founders, Nathalie Alexander and Louise Healy, have also designed this year’s ‘Summer Soiree’ show theme.

“For a huge brand anniversary, such as 65 years of Home & Gift, we knew it had to encapsulate everything the show represents,” comments Louise. “The Summer Soirée trend was the perfect embodiment of outside dining, stylish stripes and elevated tablescapes, blended with Home & Gift’s British heritage and retro summer party atmosphere.”
Attendees can also look forward to the announcement of the winner of the Gift of the Year’s People’s Choice Award on Sunday July 20, in partnership with The Giftware Association. Throughout all four days of the show, attendees can browse an accompanying physical showcase of Gift of the Year winners in Hall B.
Renowned for its networking and social elements, visitors and exhibitors will once again be able to mingle and raise a toast to a successful first day at the Sunday Sundowners event, dance the night away with the rest of the industry at the show party on Monday evening and enjoy drinks on the lawn as the show closes for the day on Tuesday.
Loyal visitors and VIPs will also have access to the exclusive Indigo Lounge in the Majestic Hotel, where they can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
Leading brands which will be unveiling their latest collections and new launches include Aquarelle Home, Big Metal, Bomb Cosmetics, Bookspeed, Caroline Gardner, CHALK UK, Designworks Ink, Dutch Imports, Essential Designs London, Gingko Design, Joe Davies, Kikkerland, Hill Interiors, Langs, Le Toy Van, Miss Shorthair, My Doris, Ohh Deer, Roka London, Suck UK, Stoneglow Candles, Talking Tables and The Art File.
Commenting on the show’s landmark 65 years, event director David Westbrooke anticipates another record-breaking edition: “As we celebrate the 65th anniversary of Home & Gift, I’m filled with immense pride and excitement. This milestone is testament to the enduring value and significance of our show within the retail community, and the trust that they place in it. With such meaningful growth over the past few editions, it remains a shining jewel in the crown of the retail industry and is packed to the rafters with fantastic brands. I look forward to welcoming everyone to Harrogate this July to mark the special occasion.”
