High Five For London Gift Multiple Mooch

Building on the success of their stores in Ealing and Fulham, Mooch has added a fifth gift shop to an expanding retail portfolio with the recent opening of a store in Barnes, South London.

As the celebratory corks popped, owners Sandra O’Connell and Evelyn O’Flaherty enthused: “We knew that we wanted to be on another local high street, with other great independent shops, as well as in a community with a big heart, and we’re absolutely thrilled to have opened to such an amazing welcome.”

The new store joins the original Mooch at 90 Northfield Avenue, Ealing, which opened in 2016, along with Mooch Inside, located nextdoor, 120 Pitshanger Lane closeby, and 666 Fulham Road.

Another reason for Evelyn and Sandra to celebrate this month was seeing Mooch shortlisted as a finalist in the  Independent Greeting Card Retailer – London category at The Retas awards, which took place last week (6 July) at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
