Closing Date Extended For Gift of the Year Awards

The final deadline to enter the Gift of the Year Awards 2025 has been extended to Monday 9 December 2024. “We have already seen some fantastic entries for this year’s awards, but we know there are more incredible products out there waiting to be discovered,” explained The Giftware Association’s PR and marketing manager Chris Workman.

He said that extending the deadline to 9 December gives brands extra time to finalise their entries and be part of something special. “Gift of the Year isn’t just about the awards themselves, it’s about connecting brands with the buyers and retailers who matter most,” he continued. “For companies sitting on the fence, now is the time to take the leap and enter. Each year we want to flood our judges with amazing products and create those all-important connections.”

He highlighted that this year’s competition is set to be the most exciting yet, with over 120 industry judges poised to review the best in home and giftware. “Beyond the judges, thousands of buyers and retailers will have their eyes on the awards, making it the ultimate platform to showcase incredible products and ranges.”

Highlighting why brands should enter, Chris points to:

>Brand visibility: promotion across The Giftware Association’s extensive communications and social media networks, amplifying a brand’s reach throughout the competition stages.

>Direct access to retail decision makers: entering puts products directly in front of the industry’s top buyers, retailers and experts, fostering relationships that can drive future growth.

>Prestige and influence: being recognised as part of the largest and most prestigious awards in the home and gift sector.

To enter, visit Gift of the Year’s official website www.giftoftheyear.co.uk or contact awards@ga-uk.org for guidance on entering.
