Spring Fair Celebrations Galore At Enesco

Having recently taken over the UK & European distribution of Disney by English Ladies Co. collection, (and as part of the Disney 100th anniversary celebrations), Enesco was delighted to celebrate with customers during Spring Fair earlier this week.

The celebrations kicked off with a morning tea party on the stand to capture the magic of Disney in figurines and teaware, with the collection offering a premium range of teacups, saucers, teapots and figurines, featuring fan-favourite characters.

Enesco was also recently appointed as the new distributor – to independent retailers in the UK and Ireland – for Newell Brands’ home fragrancing brands. In addition to WoodWick and Chesapeake Bay, Enesco is also distributing Yankee Candle, to include the company’s brand new Signature range which features new look jars, new format tumblers, a five wick candle, plus boxed sets. “Both the Yankee Candle Signature and Classic ranges feature the brand’s top 24 selling fragrances, alongside new seasonal and gift sets,” explained Newell Brands’ marketing development manager EMEA Maurizio Rispoli.

At the heart of art, customers also enjoyed a ‘meet and greet’ with Lolita, artist and founder of Designs by Lolita glassware, and Michelle Allen, artist and founder of Allen Designs, with fans able to meet the much loved artists face-to-face.

Well known for her quirky wall clocks, Michelle commented during a signing with fans: “I love it when people have a wall of my clocks in their stores and they make people smile,” she told GiftsandHome.net. “My favourite design is the Country Cat clock with the inspiration coming from watching my three year old grandson, Lyon, running around in his back yard in Montana collecting eggs from the chicken coops.”

Meanwhile, Lolita, who launched her first cocktail glass design 21 years ago, the Flirtini martini glass, was on the Enesco stand to celebrate the milestone anniversary by showcasing the re-imagined artwork  from her initial collection.
