Among the exhibitors getting ready to launch their new ranges at Top Drawer – taking place at London’s Olympia from  January 12-14 – is Rainbow Designs, who will be kicking off Miffy’s 65th birthday celebrations at the show.

The company will be unveiling a new baby range in a contemporary navy stripe, and will also be showcasing additions to its pure white Simply Miffy collection.

“The popularity of this much-loved character is growing year on year,” confirms Alicia Davenport, licensing director at DRi Licensing. “Appealing across the generations, Miffy’s simple design and distinctive colour palette is more on trend than ever and it’s hugely exciting to see so many beautiful, innovative ranges lined up for the anniversary year.”

In designer gifting, Magpie has launched a new gift and homewares range including ceramics, tea towels and coasters in Miffy’s distinctive bold primary colours. This Spring also sees extensions into new areas, including bamboo travel mugs, plates and tin lines.
