Hot on the heels of winning the Best Newcomer – Midlands, North & Scotland category at The Greats 2019 Awards last week, MOOCH, which has a shop on St Giles Street in Northampton, and a concession in Bell, has opened a third shop in the market town of Olney in Buckinghamshire.
Just five days after getting the keys to the new shop – and having taken the day off on Wednesday May 15 to attend The Greats Awards – co-owners Rachel and Paul Roberts opened the doors last Saturday (May 18).
“It’s a huge privilege for us to have a shop in Olney,” states Paul. “It’s a real destination town for ‘mooching’ with a gorgeous selection of beautiful boutique shops and coffee shops.”
He continues: “We’ve been working very closely with our suppliers to bring something a little bit of different to the new store that we think the customers will love. We’ve added a few new products to their range, and will also be featuring lots of favourites.”
Clearly bucking the current trend on the high street, the expansion isn’t over yet, with Rachel and Paul opening a fourth shop in Towcester in a few weeks time.
In the meantime, the couple are getting ready to celebrate MOOCH on St Giles Street’s second birthday this Sunday (May 26).
