Gift shop Spirito received a welcome Christmas boost when it was recently featured in an article in Scotland’s Sunday Herald entitled ‘We wish you an indie Christmas. Scotland’s 21 coolest gift shops’. “It was great news and obviously we were really delighted,” Spirito’s owner Denise Laird told GiftsandHome.net
This follows on from a record year for Spirito which saw the company crowned the best gift shop in Scotland’s Business Awards earlier this year.
The shop also won theGift Shop category at the Glasgow Retail Business Awards in February and picked up Scotland’s Bespoke Business Of The Year title in April at the Scottish Independent Retail Awards.
A further honour for Spirito was that their local MP mentioned them in the House of Commons as being “an outstanding business” in Glasgow.
